A huge week of work across the CCA app.

Since launch, the Content Creator Awards hub has moved from build mode into a live operating system for the awards: entries are being created daily, entrants are registering, campaigns are being prepared, and the admin team now has one place to manage momentum.

This update captures the volume of work completed this week and since launch across the admin hub, campaigns, email tracking, DNS, entrant profiles, approval flows and the Cars.co.za category work for contentcreatorawards.co.za.

Campaigns are now a proper planning and sending workspace

The team can create campaigns, schedule them on a calendar, draft with AI, autosave work, duplicate drafts, share for approval and track delivery, opens and clicks.

Email tracking is visible inside the hub

Every CCA email can be searched, previewed and checked for delivery status, with a separate health view for bounces, complaints, failures and suppressions.

Audience building is easier and safer

Admins can build lists from segments, historical entrants, CSV imports or pasted email addresses, then check the actual recipient names and emails before sending.

DNS, Resend and unsubscribe protections are configured

The sending domain has open/click tracking, webhook event capture, List-Unsubscribe headers and suppression handling to protect deliverability.

The entrant journey was tested and tightened

Signup, OTP, dashboard, profile and entry creation were tested on production, with category-count and progress-display issues fixed.

Cars.co.za sponsor and category updates were added

The site was updated with a Sponsors and Partners strip, Cars.co.za branding, and new Cars.co.za Automotive Content Award copy, mechanics and prize details from Kayla’s brief.
